Transfuguismo declared 16 cases of Spanish municipalities.
The monitoring committee has declared Covenant Antitransfuguismo transfuguismo cases of the 16 municipalities of various autonomous communities, twelve of them after being examined by an independent panel and the other four, by agreement of political parties today.
This morning we met at the Ministry of Territorial Politics this commission formed by all the parties every six months and reviews the situation of the, sto credits, municipalities that the formations reported as cases of transfuguismo. When there is no agreement between them, a commission of experts is responsible for review and decision.
Today, it was agreed to report on developments in four locations: Three Together (Cuenca), San Agustin de Guadalix (Madrid), Canete de las Torres (Cordoba) and Prickly del Rey (Toledo). You, and decision of these experts, has been, sto credits, declared as transfuga the actions of some council members from 12 other municipalities: Viladecans (Barcelona), Gondomar (Pontevedra), Benidorm (Alicante), Vall de Laguart (Alicante), Silleda ( Pontevedra), Lance (Lugo), Yunquera (Malaga) Estepona (Malaga), Morelabor (Granada), Sahagun (Leon), Sierra de Mares (Malaga) and Jabalquinto (Jaen).
These same experts have rejected, however, that cases can be considered the Genalgaucil transfuguismo (Malaga),, tera gold, denounced by the PP, and Callus (Barcelona), denounced by ERC.
She has also agreed today to rr other cases to the commission of experts to get answers in year-end meeting: Velilla de San Antonio (Madrid), Villafant (Girona), Balaguer (Lleida) and San Sebastian (Guipuzcoa).
Furthermore, it has agreed to ask a general opinion of this group on 21 cases reported by Basque Eusko Alkartasuna and review of the case of Silla (Valencia) and opinions on Mengibar (Jaen) and Genalguacil (Malaga).
The four new cases
One of the new cases is declared as the Three transfuguismo Juncos (Cuenca). It says two former councilmen dctors PP and PSOE a former councilman, who has attained the Town Hall after a motion of censure against his own party.
In the case of San Agustin de Guadalix (Madrid), is considered turncoats two former councilmen of PP and PSOE two former councilors. Both parties claim that a former socialist councilor achieving the town hall with a motion of censure against the PP, with additional support from the independent group of San Agustin.
In Canete de las Torres (Cordoba) those affected are the six former councilors Andalusian Party, denounced by his own political formation. And Prickly del Rey (Toledo), declaring the council dctors elected under the list of PSOE (3) and PP (1) and recipient councilman elected in the list of PP who signed the motion of censure and now mayor. They were disowned by their parties.
Opinion on another 11 CASES
Experts believe that in Viladecavalls (Barcelona) are turncoats PSC council members, but adds that it is not appropriate because the mayor beneficiary died, the current ruler, the CiU, the beneficiary will not break if the agreement between PSC and CiU.
There is also opinion on Gondomar (Pontevedra). It notes that the council engage in socialist transfuguismo seconded a motion of censure against the Mayor of BNG, which are beneficiaries of the six councilors elected PPwho also signed it and the PP councilor, though not a vote the motion, took delegations of government. Not necessary to formally declare transfuguismo beneficiary of an independent party Councilman Move Gondomar, since this formation is not known to have signed this agreement.

In Morelabor (Grenada), states that incur transfuguismo the two former councilmen who are beneficiaries PSOE and the mayor and council of the PP. And in Sahagun (Leon), experts believe the council elected transfuga UPL, but can not be formally considered as its formation is not attached to the Covenant Antitransfuguismo. It is considered beneficial to the mayor of PP.
In Sierra de Mares (Malaga), states that the conduct of a Councillor PP constitutes transfuguismo to act against his own party and is considered escapist new mayor also president of the PA, three councilors and one PA PSOE.
And Jabalquinto (Jaen), the Commission notes that former councilman and former PSOE PP councilor must be ratified as a turncoat. The four council members are IU beneficiaries.
Independent experts have also reviewed the opinions on Jabugo (Huelva), Briviesca (Burgos), Castril (Granada), Aitona (Lleida) and Mengibar (Jaen), before the last session, as I ask the Monitoring Committee at the meeting of last December.
